WHICH MODEL UKULELE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
Mahogany or Sapele UKULELE?
Their sounds are different
The sound of Mahogany uklele is warmer
The sound of Sapele ukalele is crisper
There is actually no best sound, only the sound that suits yo,This is different from person.
Sapele will have the feeling of copper wire in the sun, and the density is greater than Mahogany. Sapele has the woody scent similar to pine oil. Mahogany and Sapele are the same, and the sapele of the grain is similar.
Soprano (21 inch) or Concert (23 inch)
Soprano ukulele is more suitable for playing&singing, and Concert ukelele is more suitable for fingerstyle.
Play&Sing is relatively simple and easier to get started.
If you prefer fingerstyle. I suggest you choose 23 inches.
It has better resonance and better sound.
Concert (23 inch) or Tenor (26 inch)
Concert ukulele is suitable for playing&singing and fingerstyle, and there is no need to change the piano for novices to learn fingerstyle.
If you want to fingerstyle, then I suggest to choose Tenor ukulele, which has better resonance
